Mad Science Summer Camp
This exciting half-day Mad Science camp takes kids in grades 3-6 on a thrilling week-long adventure, filled with hands-on experiments, interactive activities, and mind-blowing discoveries. Each day focuses on a different theme, sparking curiosity and creativity while exploring science in a fun, engaging way.
July 14 to 18, 2025
Each session is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Campers should bring a refillable water bottle and a morning snack.
Drop-off & Pick-up at Lake Tahoe School (995 Tahoe Blvd.)
Open to students entering grades 3-6.
$300 per camper. Camp size is limited to 10 children. First to sign up, first in! Payment required 30 days prior to the start of camp.
- 9:00 AM – 9:15Â AM – Drop off at Lake Tahoe School, welcome activity and fun science factÂ
- 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM – Introduction of activity with a demo lesson
- 10:00 AM – 10:10 AM – Snack/bathroom break
- 10:10 AM – 11:45 AM – Students explore and experimentÂ
- 11:45 AM – 12:00 AM – Students summarize the science experiment and reflect on their learning as a group
