Hula Hoop Dance Camp
Let your child discover the joy of movement and rhythm at Hula Hoop Dance Camp! This exciting camp will have kids spinning, twirling, and creating their own unique dance routines using hula hoops. It's a fantastic way for them to express themselves, build coordination, and have a blast! Give your child the chance to shine – sign them up for Hula Hoop Dance Camp and watch them twirl into fun!
July 7 – 11, 2025
The camp is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Campers bring a brown bag lunch.
Drop-off & Pick-up at Lake Tahoe School (995 Tahoe Blvd.)
Open to Open to students entering grades K-4 in August 2025.
$475 per camper. Camp size is limited to 20 children. First come, first in! Payment required before June 1st.
- 9:00 AM: Drop off at Lake Tahoe School
- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Arrival, snack, and icebreaker games
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Learning new hoop tricks and choreography preparation techniques; practicing new hoop tricks
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Morning choreography development time. Students will form small groups or choose individual performance slots and songs, and begin choreographing their routines for Friday’s performance.
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch and free time
- 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Afternoon choreography development time. Students will continue working on their routines for Friday’s performance.
- 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Final group game
- 3:00 PM: Pick up at Lake Tahoe School
