Soccer Camp

Get ready to kick your soccer skills into high gear at our exciting summer day camp! Designed for kids in 2nd through 5th grade, our camp offers a fun and engaging environment to improve your game. Each day is packed with skill-building drills, small-sided games, and exciting scrimmages, all led by experienced coaches Dave and Cynthia Keeler. Beyond the field, we'll explore soccer history, and enjoy fun soccer-themed activities. Join us for a summer of soccer, friendship, and fun! August 4 – 8, 2025

The camp is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Campers bring a brown bag lunch.

Drop-off & Pick-up at Lake Tahoe School (995 Tahoe Blvd.)

Open to Open to students entering grades 2-5 in August 2025.

$475 per camper. Camp size is limited to 25 children. First come, first in! Payment required before June 1st.

  • 8:30 – 9:00 AM: Arrival and Check-in. Campers arrive, check in and have some free time to socialize and warm up with light stretching or dribbling drills.
  • 9:00 – 9:15 AM: Camp Welcome and Warm-up. The coaches welcome everyone, make announcements, and lead a dynamic warm-up to get the kids’ muscles ready for soccer activities.
  • 9:15 – 10:00 AM: Skill Development. Campers rotate through stations focusing on specific soccer skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. Coaches provide individual feedback and encouragement.
  • 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Small-Sided Games. Kids are divided into small teams to play modified soccer games, emphasizing teamwork, strategy, and applying the skills they learned.
  • 10:45 – 11:15 AM: Snack Break. Campers refuel with a healthy snack and drinks, taking a break from the physical activity.
  • 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Scrimmage or Tournament. Depending on the day, campers might participate in a full-field scrimmage or a mini-tournament, putting their skills to the test in a more competitive setting.
  • 12:15 – 1:15 PM: Lunch Break. Campers enjoy a packed lunch, relaxing and socializing with their teammates.
  • 1:15 – 2:15 PM: Soccer-Themed Activities. This could include learning about soccer history or famous players, or participating in soccer-related crafts or games.
  • 2:15 – 3:00 PM: Cool-Down and Review. Coaches lead campers in cool-down exercises and stretches to prevent injuries. They also review the skills and concepts covered during the day.
  • 3:00 – 3:30 PM: Free Play and Dismissal. Campers have some free time to play soccer-related games or activities of their choice. Parents arrive for pick-up, and campers say goodbye to their coaches and friends.
